As a longtime Downey resident, former City Public Works Committee Member, small business owner, mother of four, and wife of a U.S. Navy veteran, I am committed to serving the community that I proudly call home.
My record reflects a lifetime of service. As Co-Founder and President/CEO of WOLF (War On Lethal Fentanyl), I have partnered with the Downey Unified School District to provide fentanyl awareness, prevention, and education programs that have reached thousands of students, and school employees, helping protect our youth, families and our community.
I am running for City Council because Downey deserves responsive leadership that puts people first. My priorities are keeping our neighborhoods safe, repairing our streets, sidewalks, and infrastructure, supporting small businesses, and attracting STEM and technology industries that create high-paying jobs and strengthen Downey's workforce, protecting seniors, families, and veterans, and bringing accountability back to City Hall.
I believe in listening to the residents, and making decisions that support our local economy, and preserve the quality of life that will make Downey one of the most transparent cities in California.
